1. Products

All Faidra Hanna jewels are handcrafted with care, using precious materials and artisanal techniques. Due to the nature of high-end craftsmanship and natural gemstones, slight variations may occur and are a mark of authenticity.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices at the time of checkout are final.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are accepted subject to availability and confirmation by email. Payments are processed securely through the methods provided at checkout (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide using reliable couriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, returns are accepted only in cases of production defects. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. To request a return, contact us at: avedis@faidrahanna.com.

6. Warranty

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of our jewels. Our pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (designs, text, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Faidra Hanna Jewellery S.R.L. and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the website or products purchased.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Venice, Italy.
